In today's fast-paced environment the success of a transaction may be dependent upon the timeliness of closing. Often, due to regulatory constraints, banks cannot meet their clients' financing requirements. We are not subject to the same regulations, and thus can provide quick access to capital, often in several business days.
Our loans carry higher rates than those offered by banks or other conventional lenders. However, when taking into consideration the cost of regulations and the cost of capital associated with the loan approval process, a lower interest rate quote rarely tells the whole story.
Flexibility
At Georgia Capital, we recognize the importance of flexibility. Our borrowers often have unique sets of financial circumstances or loan requirements that fall outside their bank's lending guidelines. As a private lender, we can evaluate loan requests on a timely basis, without the imposition of banking regulations.
We are able to work with and provide solutions for short-term credit issues. These can include foreclosures, bankruptcies, and other situations which may impede a bank's ability to accommodate an otherwise sound loan request.
